Overview

The Spread Financial Targets application allows the user to spread the monthly financial targets (imported using the Import Financial Targets application) across the days of the month, for each store.

Financial targets are spread based on the Maintain Store Targets (Calendar/454). If for example 2% of sales occurred on the first day of a month, then 2% of the financial targets will also be allocated to the first day of the month.

Criteria Form

The only required criteria necessary to start the spread is the year and month for which to do the spread.

Field	Description
Year	Indicates the year covered in generating the Spread Financial Targets.
Month	Indicates the month covered within the Year selected in generating the Spread Financial Targets.

Report

The report will show a message which details whether the spread has completed successfully.

If there are stores that do not have daily sales targets set for the particular month, they will be listed in a table, and a warning message will alert the user to the fact that their financial targets were not spread.
